Playing in the sand along the Bogue Falaya River bank is a blast! With the new walkway down to the river, everyone can enjoy the sand and water. This project was completed by Service Unit 380 and their volunteers in June 2012.
Try your hand at outdoor cooking in the fire circles or on the grill and learn how much fun it is to experiment with different recipes, from pancakes to pocket stew. You’re sure to create some favorites of your own.
A large covered area with picnic tables is available for day use and includes a fire circle and grill. The nearby latrine is shared with Pooh’s Corner camping unit.
