Day Camps 2012
Enjoy all the fun of camp without spending the night. Girls get a taste of camp, make new friends and learn new skills. Check out the variety of locations and specialized themes developed and delivered by our regional volunteers.

Camp Camellia 2012
“Dives into the Sea”
WHEN: Monday, May 28 – Friday, June 1, 2012
TIME: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
LOCATION: Slidell — Serving the eastern St. Tammany Parish area
AGES: All girls entering grades K – 12; Boys (ages 5-12) & Pee-wee (ages 1– 4) units are available for children of full-time camp volunteers.
COST:
$50 per registered Girl Scout (for non-Girl Scout add $12 membership fee);
$20 per Girl Scout Program-aide entering 8th grade;
$10 per child-Boys unit; $5 per child-Pee-wee unit (Cost includes T-shirt for girls)

Camp Crawfish 2012
WHEN: Monday, June 11 – Friday, June 15, 2012
TIME: 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
LOCATION: Belle Chasse — Serving all girls on the Westbank of Jefferson and Orleans Parishes
AGES: Campers are all girls entering grades K – 6; Program Aides are girls entering grades 7 – 12; Pee-wee (ages 2 – 4) and Boys (ages 5 – 12) units available for children of full-time adult volunteers only.
COST:
$65 per Girl Scout (for non-Girl Scout add $12 membership fee); $33 per Girl Scout Program Aide (for non-Girl Scout add $12 membership fee); $25 per child in Pee-wee or Boys unit; $10 T-shirts for Pee-wees/Boys. Cost includes all program fees, arts and crafts supplies, a patch, and a song book. A $5 fee will be charged for late pickups after 4 p.m. No cash. Money orders and checks only.

“Seeking Alantis”
WHEN: Monday, June 18 – Friday, June 22, 2012
TIME: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
LOCATION: Patterson — Serving the east St. Mary Parish area
AGES: All girls entering grades K - 12: Jr. Program-aides are girls entering 8th-12th grade; Tagalongs (ages 2 & up) units are available for children of full-time camp volunteers)
COST:
$60 per registered Girl Scout (for non-Girl Scout add $12 membership fee);
$20 per Girl Scout Program-aide
$20 for Tagalongs and Boys (cost includes T-shirt and patch for girls)

Days of Discovery
Lafourche
WHEN: Monday, July 16 - Friday, July 20, 2012
TIME: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
LOCATION: Thibodaux — Serving Lafourche Parish
AGES: All girls completing grades K - 12; Girls are welcome to register with a friend!Girls who are not a registered Girl Scout must register as a Girl Scout at the time of Day Camp Registration. Placement of best friends cannot be guaranteed.
COST: $50 per registered Girl Scout, includes camp T-shirt
$62 Non-Girl Scouts (includes $12 membership fee). Does not guarantee placement in a troop.
$25 Program Aides - 8th-12th graders who choose to work camp instead of joining a unit. Prior completion of Program Aide course encouraged. Additional $12 if not registered Girl Scout member.

$125 per 6-12 grade Girl Scout for Overnight Camp (for non-Girl Scout add $12 membership fee);

$20 after care 3 - 6 p.m. (includes snack);
