If you receive the following error message while renewing your troop:
“There are renewal order(s) that exist in cart for member(s) who have been transferred to another troop. Please remove renewal order(s) from cart.”
The error occurs when you have a volunteer that is listed on your troop roster but also on another troop’s roster. eBiz will not let you to renew the troop until you remove the correct leader from the order. The leader or the adult will need to pay for the membership in the troop that the member previously registered with.
