2017 Children's World's Fair
Experience a celebration of various cultures and a chance to embark on an exciting trek across the globe, all in one day! This event is also an inter-generational celebration of cultural diversity in the contributions of science, technology, engineering, and math (S.T.E.M.). While on your expedition, you will experience an international exhibition of crafts, hands-on projects, activities, music, literature, native attire, and food from many regions of the world.
This year the Museum will celebrate the 19th year of the Children’s World’s Fair, having shared over 175 countries with the children of our community! Children’s World’s Fair provides children ages 4-14 with an appreciation of what is unique and universal to the customs of our global community in an interactive learning environment, making this big world seem a little smaller.
Countries that will be represented: Croatia, Germany, Ghana, Honduras, India, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Switzerland
