How to present Leadership Essentials classes!
Adult Learning Facilitators are a vital to our Girl Scouts Louisiana East volunteers. They provide the necessary learning sessions and support to our adults by offering basic and enrichment courses throughout the council jurisdiction. Volunteers attending this session will gain an understanding of how adults learn and the opportunity to practice facilitation techniques, as well as the basics of delivering and evaluating learning opportunities for adults. Hands-on activities and instruction guides are provided.
