Girl Scout Brownies and Juniors discovered, connected and took action on February 6, 2010 in the program called Women in Chemistry. Sponsored by members of Iota Sigma Pi, national honorary society for women in chemistry and AAUW, the oldest and largest women's organization in the US. They guided the girls to discover new scientific ideas — and helped the Brownies earn the Science in Action Try-it and the Juniors' Science Discovery badge.
