Summer Day Camp

Girl Scouts Louisiana East had to make the difficult decision to cancel all staff-led overnight camps, family camps, troop camps, and volunteer-run day camps through Friday, July 31. Given the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, GSLE cannot risk having girls and volunteers in close group settings this summer.

We are processing full refunds to all registrants. The refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and post within 14 business days.

We know the disappointment this brings, but the Council’s top priority is the safety and well-being of our girls, volunteers, and staff members.

Our staff is working diligently to provide innovative alternatives for our girls during this time, including virtual camping opportunities available through our social media channels. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram (@GSLEcouncil) if you are not already doing so.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work through this difficult time together.
