Cookie Program Courses 

Cookie Management Adult Learning Session

Open to Area Cookie Managers, Service Unit Cookie Managers, Cupboard Managers, and Cookie Rally Directors. Not for volunteers at the troop level.

Held annually the second Saturday in November, Cookie Training gives area and service unit cookie volunteers the opportunity to learn what’s new for the upcoming Cookie Season.

Cookie Rookie Training - Is this your first time in the cookie program? If so, this is the class for you! Receive an in-depth introduction to the cookie program and learn the tools of success for your troop. Even if you have already participated in the cookie program, and would like a refresher course, please join us in December.

Troop Smart Cookies Webinars

Tuesday, January 9, 2018 & Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 6 - 8 p.m. 

Smart Cookies is the new platform created by IBM and ABC Bakers for the 2018 Cookie Season!  This is a demonstration of the new site for Troop Cookie Managers on how the new system works, tracks girl's orders, schedules booths and recognition tracking.

Smart Cookie U – January 6, 2018

Open to girls, grades 4 - 12

Senior, Ambassador, and adult volunteers are needed. Parents and Troop Leaders are welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to participate in their own adult learning sessions. 

Girls will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with successful business women from the community, as they enhance their business and financial knowledge while boosting their self-esteem and leadership skills. Smart Cookie U is a fun way for girls to put their new-found skills into practice as you prepare for the largest, girl led business in the country- the Girl Scout Cookie Program!

Fall Product Courses

Community Fall Product Program Manager Training - This learning session helps to prepare community product sales managers, community administrators, and area product sales managers for the upcoming Girl Scout Fall Product Program. Training includes product information, required paperwork, and yes, product tasting. 

Fall Product Troop Training (both Webinar and Classroom options available) Recommended for new troop leaders interested in participating in the Council-sponsored fall product sale - This year’s fall training is being offered to you in two ways. The webinar format allows you to access the information from a computer or mobile device that is intended to accommodate your schedule. We still will provide in person classroom-led trainings, if you prefer more interaction. Trainings cover how the sale works, product information, required paperwork, incentives, and more. This training is an alternative for troops that cannot attend their local community training.
