What is the Forever Girl Scouts Alumnae Society?

Why am I being asked to financially support GSLE, outside of the cost of GSUSA membership?
Membership in Forever Girl Scouts through making a financial contribution is about legacy. It is a way to give back to the movement that helped shape who you are today and to stand proudly in a long tradition of women who lead, serve, and inspire. Your continued support strengthens programs, removes barriers to participation, and expands opportunities so that every girl—regardless of background—can discover her voice and her potential. The cost to support Girl Scouting in our community extends far beyond what the cookie sale can generate, and your vote of confidence through your philanthropic support preserves Girl Scouting for future generations.
How does joining work?
Interested donors join the Forever Girl Scouts Alumnae Society through an annual contribution of $250 or greater. Contributions may be unrestricted or restricted to a specific campaign or purpose. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
What if I am already a Lifetime Member?
We celebrate you! While Lifetime Members have already demonstrated great commitment to Girl Scouting, we ask you to consider an additional gift to GSLE that will help provide the Girl Scout program at the local level.
Is my contribution to Forever Girl Scouts tax-deductible?
Your gift of $250 or more is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations, and GSLE will provide a formal acknowledgement for your records.
What recognition do I receive as a Forever Girl Scouts Society Member?
Depending on sponsorship level, each member will receive benefits according to level described on the donation site.
