Girl Scouts Louisiana East offer various camping and outdoor enrichment courses, so as you and the girls’ progress from camping at one of our camp properties (or approved sites) to a trip and other interest, you are properly prepared for a safe and fun experience.
Remember every troop/group must have a trained Camping Consultant who has completed all sessions of Camping Skills before planning an outing with a cookout or a camping trip. Progression is the critical component to guide girls in outdoor education – we want them to be self-sufficient with trained guidance.
