Monthly Giving = Lasting Impact
The 1912 Club is a group of dedicated donors providing ongoing support for Girl Scouts year-round by making recurring monthly to GSLE. By becoming a member of the 1912 Club, you are committing to partner with Girl Scouts Louisiana East financially and advocate for our girls council-wide and in your local community. Your ongoing contribution affords girls an opportunity to experience Girl Scouts who may not otherwise be able to participate due to financial barriers. Whether small or large, recurring gifts allow you to simplify and streamline your giving spreading out the cost over time. 1912 Club members receive:
- Recognition as a member of the 1912 Club in GSLE’s Annual Report
- Special communications with Council updates, invitations, and activities
- Monthly donors of $19.12 and above will receive a 1912 Club magnet.
Suggested giving levels:
- $100 a month ($1,200) – Leads the way and provides girls robust programs that develop a lifetime of leadership, adventure, and success.
- $50 a month ($600) – Provides 24 economically disadvantaged girls the opportunity to receive a full year of leadership programming.
- $35 a month ($420) – Enables a girl to attend summer camp where she’ll make forever friendships.
- $19.12 a month ($229) –Gives two girls in our Community Outreach Program the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, participating in STEM, outdoors, life skills, and entrepreneurship activities. From hosting Cookie Booths to meeting bi-weekly to explore their interests with friends, Girl Scouts in our Outreach Programs are building a foundation of success.
- $10.00 a month ($120) – Equips two girls with their uniform basics.
