This summer, get outdoors at GSLE’s summer camp at Camp Marydale. When you sign up for camp, you sign up for the adventure of a lifetime as you learn new skills, practice your favorite ones, and make new friends!
Summer Camp sessions will run through June and July at Camp Marydale. We offer day camps, overnight sessions, and half-day sessions.

Community Day Camps – Open to All Youth
Girl Scouts Louisiana East welcomes all youth—boys and girls—to participate in our Community Day Camps. These camps are designed to introduce children to the fun, adventure, and leadership of Girl Scouting through hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, and skill-building in a welcoming environment.
Our overnight camp experiences remain exclusively for girls, in alignment with the Girl Scout mission of creating a safe and empowering space where girls can grow in confidence, courage, and character.
Day camps offer families a great opportunity to experience the Girl Scout movement.

Camp Marydale 2026 Overnight Summer Camp Schedule
Our overnight camp sessions at Camp Marydale offer girls a chance to fully immerse themselves in the magic of camp. From campfires and cabin time to outdoor adventures and leadership-building activities, girls build confidence, independence, and lifelong friendships in a supportive, all-girl environment. These experiences are designed to help girls unplug, try new things, and discover just how capable they truly are!

Deposit- There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit. Balance is due three weeks before the camp session begins.
Program Selection
Please select a program based on your camper's grade in the fall. Registration is based on your camper's grade in the fall and not the current grade. If a program indicates that it is Sold Out, you will need to make another selection. We have a limited amount of waitlisted spots built into each program, so if a program reads as being full, both active and waitlisted spots are no longer available.
Program Credits
(Cookie Dough/Nutty Bucks) If using program credits, please contact customer care at customercare@gsle.org, please provide the card information, dollar amount being used, card number, the three digit code (if provided).
Waitlisted
If we are unable to move your camper into the program, camper fees will be refunded in full. If we are able to move your camper into a program, you will receive an e-mail notification. Additionally, the status will be updated in your MYGS account in your Event Dashboard, where you will be able to access your camper's camp registration at any time.
Camp Forms and Parent Handbook
Camp forms and the parent handbook are located on your MyGS account. Once you log into your MyGS, click on My Events, click on the camp session, the forms are located under Additional Documentation. All camp forms must be emailed to cmdirector@gsle.org, no later than three weeks before camp session. If you do not see the camp forms please contact customercare@gsle.org.

Camp Accreditation
Girl Scouts Louisiana East's Camp Marydale and Camp Covington are both accredited by the American Camp Association. Accreditation means that each camp undergoes a thorough review process yearly by outside camping professionals, and every five years a site visit is conducted. Our Girl Scout camps consistently achieve the highest standards in all areas of accreditation, including, personnel, program, site administration, and health care.
