Full Time Employment Opportunities

Troop Support Specialist for Region 3 (employee will work on the Northshore - St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Washington, St. Helena, parts of Livingston parishes)

The Troop Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members in assigned program-grade level (K-12) by providing mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and developing and maintaining partnerships to assist volunteers in their work with girls.  The Troop Support Specialist works collaboratively with members of the Outside and Inside Sales team as well as cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of the goals of Girl Scouts Louisiana East.

Development Director

The Development Director assists in providing for the sustainability of Girl Scouts Louisiana East through specific Fund Development projects. The focus of this position is on generating and maintaining strategic community and regional business collaborations and alliances in order to facilitate financial contributions from corporate and major private business entities, in addition to managing the GSLE Annual Family Giving campaign as well as two luncheon events. This position will work as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
