Get ready for our exciting new programs for girls of all ages! We have interesting specific sessions as well as samplers at each program level and for full and half week sessions. Also, be sure to check out our two-week sessions and leadership-based programs!

Deposit: There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit. Balance is due three weeks before the camp session begins, Week 1- May 11, 2025.
Camp Forms and Parent Handbook: After you have completed the registration process, the camp forms and the parent handbook are located on your MyGS account, under My Events, Additional Documentation. All camp forms must be completed through Cognito, no later than three weeks before camp session.
Camp Funding Request: Any active registered Girl Scout in Girl Scouts Louisiana East may apply for camp fee assistance to attend one camp session (trading post and care packages not included). Please click the following link to complete the Girl Scout Camp Funding Request form Camp Funding Request.
Program Credits: Please click on the link if you would like to use cookie dough to pay for part of the camp session, cookie dough may be used to pay for trading post at check in at camp. Resident Camp - Cookie Dough Payment Request
Balance Due: All balances must be paid three weeks before the camp session.
Waitlisted: If we are unable to move your camper into the program, camper fees will be refunded in full. If we can move your camper into a program, you will receive an e-mail notification. Additionally, the status will be updated in your MYGS account in your Event Dashboard, where you will be able to access your camper's camp registration at any time.
