Open to girls, grades K-3
Daisies, and Brownies will be earning the Daisy Eco Learner Badge and the Brownie Eco Friend Badge. Juniors can sign up if they want to refresh their Ecology knowledge. - Please note each girl needs to have a designated adult attend with them - troop leaders or guardians. Adults do not need to register.
Girls will be learning how to protect the environment while spending time outdoors. They will also learn about the Louisiana Master Naturalists of Greater Baton Rouge organization. Girls should bring a daypack with a water bottle, sunblock, wet wipes or hand sanitizer, and bug spray (hats and sunglasses are optional).
Everyone (including adults) attending should wear comfortable
clothes and closed-toed shoes suitable for hiking. The $8 fee covers
the cost of the badges and supplies. Special thanks to Nancy Hick, a

facilitating this event.
